Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Product Refunds
Our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective we will issue a refund or exchange once your return is received and inspected. From there, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@lashiivo.com and send your item to: 370 Albert St North, Regina SK S4R 3C1, Canada.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 370 Albert St North, Regina SK S4R 3C1, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Course Refunds
All course payments, deposits, and tuition are strictly non-refundable.
By enrolling in a Lashiivo training course, you acknowledge and agree that your payment secures a limited space in the course and allows us to begin preparing custom materials and resources specifically for you. This includes, but is not limited to, student lash kits, manuals, printed certificates, instructor scheduling, salon bed reservations, and other course-related preparation expenses.
Because of the upfront costs and planning involved, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Scheduling conflicts

Financial constraints

Travel issues

Illness

Personal emergencies

Failure to attend the course
Transfers
If you are unable to attend your course, you may request to transfer your spot to another individual. All transfer requests must be approved by Lashiivo in advance and submitted within a reasonable timeframe before the course start date. The replacement student must meet any course requirements and complete all required registration information.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is offered solely at Lashiivo’s discretion. If approved, a rescheduling fee may apply. Approved reschedules may only be used toward a future course date specified by Lashiivo and must be used within the timeframe provided.
No-Shows
Students who do not attend their scheduled course without prior written approval from Lashiivo will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their full payment.
Course Cancellations by Lashiivo
In the unlikely event that Lashiivo must cancel or reschedule a course, students will be offered either:

a transfer to a future course date, or
-
a refund of the amount paid toward the course.
Lashiivo is not responsible for any third-party expenses incurred, including travel, accommodations, lost wages, or other related costs.
Agreement
By submitting payment and registering for a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund and cancellation policy in full.
